Thanks for shopping with Bamboo-Craft.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
There may be slight variation in color, size, texture or finish. These are not considered flaws.
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, we require a couple of things.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original, unopened packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Factory defects from un-used products please send us an email.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original account the payment emanated from.
You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Item Not Eligible
- Products on sale are non-returnable.
- Personalized Products are not eligible.
- Customized or Revised Designs of your choosing are not eligible.
- Damaged Products due to misuse or products not properly taken care of are not eligible.
- Sudden change of mind after payment is made is not eligible as well.
